THE HAUNTED WALK OF YORK

The Haunted Walk of York is a one and a half hour guided tour around some of the most haunted streets, alleys and snickleways of what many now regard to be 'the most Haunted city in the world'.

Our experienced guide will tell you of some of the historic hauntings, sightings, murders and mysteries behind this 2000 year old city, with chilling stories from past and present.

The Haunted Walk of York is proud to only use traditional storytelling - there are no masks, no gimmicks - we do not resort to silly theatrics. We believe that the history, stories and magnificent backdrop of our beautiful city are all that is required for a wonderfully spooky night's entertainment.

The Haunted Walk was set up over twenty five years ago by the same family that runs it today. A family ten generations born and bred in York has brought about a unique connection with the city that no other tour can boast. Indeed, The Haunted Walk is the oldest family run ghost tour in the city - if not the world!
